Suhail

Suhail is a friendly utility software designed to help you create and manage M3U format playlists for your Walkman/other MP3 players. 

MP3 players are getting popular again, huh? About a year ago I got a Japanese Sony Walkman and nearly KOd my laptop trying to find a convenient way to make playlists for it. This was a legitimate nightmare, so I made Suhail, because you shouldn't need to be a compuer nerd to work a decade-old MP3 player.

Suhail is supposed to be user-friendly and easy-to-use for even the most tech illiterate people. No extra menus, very simple and to the point, but anyone can get the hang of it. Anime boy tacked on for good measure, because now you're not alone! (He's fresh out of my basement, so be nice to him.)

Pssst! In theory, you can basically use this to make M3U files for anything. There's probably more advanced software you can use, but this one is simple and has a cute mascot. I originally made this just for personal use, but I'm uploading it here, in case someone gets use out of him :-)
